Jessie Sidle

Jessie has been at Shelby Center Hospital for Animals since August of 2007. She is a graduate of Evangelical Christian School. Amongst her many talents and skills that serve our clients, Jessie is also a Certified Canine Massage Therapist. Jessie has two children, Ginny and Knox, and a fiancée, Michael. They share their home with two dogs, three cats and a grey squirrel.


Rachel Robb

Rachel joined the Shelby Center Hospital for Animals team in 2006. Rachel is a 2003 graduate of Germantown High School. She is married to Matt Robb, and they have four dogs and four cats. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys music, art and camping.


Amelia Kirk

A valued member of Shelby Center Hospital for Animals since 2014, Amelia works as a veterinary technician for our practice. She has attended Southwest Tennessee Community College. She is married to Adam Kirk, and they have one dog, Jude.


Nelly Braham

Nelly started working at Shelby Center Hospital for Animals in February of 2014 after spending many years waitressing at El Porton Mexican restaurants. Nelly has a loving family, including her mother, Rossana, father, Ronald Sr, and brother, Ronald Jr. She is also a mama to three dogs: Honey, Mia and Petey.


Patty McCord

Aside from Dr. Parker and Radie, Patty is one of our longest employed family members at Shelby Center Hospital for Animals. She began her career at SCHA in 1989 and is currently head receptionist and bookkeeper. Patty has two children and three grandchildren, all which came from her marriage to Wayne, who has since passed away. She has four dogs total, three dachshunds and a mixed breed. In her spare time, Patty enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, farming and reading a good book.


Laura Brock

Laura has been serving Shelby Center Hospital for Animals as a receptionist since 2012. She is married to her husband, Jon, and has two daughters, Lucy and Charlotte. They share their home with three dogs: Xena, Hercules and Sadie. In her spare time, Laura enjoys interior design, scrapbooking and spending time with her family.


Rachel Lea Laney

Considering Rachel loves animals and has a menagerie of her own, Shelby Center Hospital for Animals is the perfect place of employment. Rachel joined our veterinary family in 2015 as a receptionist. She is married to her husband, Donald, and they currently have 4 dogs, 4 horses and a donkey.


Sonya Good

Sonya is one of our longer-serving staff members at Shelby Center Hospital for Animals. She has been employed as a receptionist here since July of 2001. She is married to her husband, Billy, and they have a daughter named Hannah. In her spare time, Sonya enjoys spending time with her family, watching a good movie and curling up with a book.


Radie Parson

Radie has been with Shelby Center Hospital for Animals since 1987—29 years! She is our resident grooming expert and makes sure your pet leaves our facility clean and crisp. Radie has two sons, a daughter, a granddaughter, and even a great-grandchild! Radie has two dogs and eleven cats that share a home with her. When Radie is not working, she enjoys spoiling her grandchildren, reading and fishing.


Marvin Nelli

When boarding your pets, you will meet Marvin, our kennel manager since 2009. He brings to Shelby Center Hospital for Animals a standard that keeps our kennels immaculate and running smoothly. Marvin is married to his wife, Shirley, and they have two children, Rhonda and Richard. Marvin and Shirley have a dog, Parker, and a cat, Stella. In his spare time, Marvin enjoys watching Ole Miss sports, researching the Bible, and fishing.


Cecila Tagavilla

Cecila, our receptionist, is not new to Shelby Center Hospital for Animals, having worked here from 1999-2011. She returned to our hospital in 2015, and we could not be happier to have her back on staff! Cecila is married to her husband, Roger, and they have two daughters, Cameron and Alexis. Cecila shares her home with 4 cats: Jigsaw, Midna, Carmella and Fluzzy.
